Job Description The Senior Manager, Channel Marketing role is responsible for supporting the profitability of the EndoTherapy business through targeted pricing and program creation, maintenance and execution across all major market segments including ASC, community/tertiary/academic hospitals and the federal government. This includes developing a vision, goals, strategies and tactics to successfully design, maintain and execute pricing and programming elements in support of the EndoTherapy/Endoscopy commercial strategy. Success in this role will require this individual to work collaboratively with cross-functional areas such as sales, marketing, service, Enterprise Solutions, finance and contracting to formulate a comprehensive strategy across all major market segments and GPOs. This individual will be a key contributor to driving organizational alignment and execution of Endoscopy Omnichannel pilot programs related to e-commerce, inside sales, digital marketing and others. As part of the EndoTherapy Marketing team, this individual will lead the end-to-end operational activity necessary to support execution of the EndoTherapy pricing strategy in order to maximize organizational revenue and income targets. Job Duties Lead the development, maintenance and execution of short and long-term pricing and program strategies designed to increase revenue, maximize profit and grow market share across all major market segments. Responsible for driving organizational alignment and execution as a core team member of the Endoscopy Omnichannel pilot program launches related to e-commerce, inside sales, digital marketing and others. Accountable for socializing and embedding key elements of the pricing and programs strategy across various market segments through the Olympus Go-To-Market strategy. Work closely with sales, marketing and cross-functional leaders to ensure strong collaboration toward the execution of the EndoTherapy commercial plan while also identifying and creating innovative programs to drive revenue and maximize profit within existing and new accounts. Create the value proposition, pricing/program strategy, positioning statement, key sales messages and the sales rep talk track for the EndoTherapy/Endoscopy team to drive customer adoption of the Olympus Total Endoscopy Solution. Serve as the owner and maintainer of all existing and future EndoTherapy and related Endoscopy programs (ECA/OAP/Kits/Promotions/Contests). Coordinate all relevant activity to promote the proper utilization and performance of these programs. Coordinate and lead the development of all relevant KPIs, data, metrics and dashboards to track and report on the success of all pricing/program performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Serve as the owner for all financial tools/calculators related to SFDC quoting processes and lead the work with a cross-functional team to design an improved solution within the SFDC platform. Lead the annual price, program and promotional review and submission process across EndoTherapy and related Endoscopy initiatives. Lead the end-to-end submission, review and contract execution process for the EndoTherapy weekly deal discussion and serve as a delegate to the strategic pricing council. Act as the Endoscopy point of contact for sales support related to deal structuring and guidance. Serve as a key contributor to the coordinated response to all EndoTherapy RFI/RFP including cross-reference support, pricing development and financial analysis and approvals. Identify differentiating programmatic options across all of Olympus Endoscopy. Build strategies and tactics to capitalize on opportunities across devices, capital, CDS and service. Create sales collateral including brochures, financial calculators/tools, sales training materials and other customer facing resources to drive commercial execution. Serve as the key point of contact to develop and execute sales training content related to pricing and programs. Work with market intelligence to monitor competitor activities and how to position EndoTherapy/Endoscopy for success across all major market segments. Work with HCPs, outside vendors, medical (examples) societies, and other stakeholders (both external and internal) as needed to create and drive the EndoTherapy/Endoscopy pricing and program strategy. Attend conferences, training courses and tradeshows. Become the go-to person to support the growth and development of new and existing pricing/program offering to increase EndoTherapy/Endoscopy share of market across all major segments. Job Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent relatable experience is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare with proven performance in contracting, operations, finance, pricing and commercial leadership preferred. Prior management experience of two years or more is preferred. Strong functional knowledge of pricing, program and contract agreement creation, management and implementation preferred. Demonstrated ability to create and execute a strategic vision for change across multiple departmental and functional lines. Experienced in the creation and delivery of meaningful and timely sales metrics and dashboards to strategically manage price and programs across a diverse portfolio. Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis skills. Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving with a strong desire for achieving results. Experience in interacting with a diverse cross-functional team, strong prospecting skills, self-starter, capable of independent actions, detail oriented, multi-task/time management, ability to formulate strategies and build an execution plan. Strong planning and organizational skills. Proven track record of managing complex projects to successful completion. Demonstrate emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain a calm demeanour.
